Assuming money is no object, what's the nicest & best rated (as far as cleanliness and management) place to live in Summerlin? I came across these but some of the threads on this are old... I'm relocating due to work and I can afford a nice place to live

All of the one's you listed are in The Lakes, not Summerlin. Wellington Meadows may be considered Peccole Ranch. I never knew they didn't accept pets. A place without a pet is not a home as far as I am concerned.

I am a Summerlin resident, but I don't have any personal experiences with the apartment complexes here. As mentioned above, the ones you've listed are not within Summerlin proper itself. I'd suggest taking a looking at the interactive area maps to decide which Summerlin "village" you prefer. Newer construction would be found south and west:
Tour ~ Summerlin
The newest complexes here are probably Morningstar and Altessa. Other Summerlin options include Canyon Villas, Willowbrook, Tuscany, Red Rock Villas and Falling Water. I'm sure each of their respective websites have pet policies and photos that can help with your decision. Good luck!

i moved into Altessa about 3 months ago when I moved to Vegas and like it. One of the nicer places that I was able to find while I was looking. Management is nice, it's clean, different layouts for you to choose from.

I have heard bad things about Allanza lately. That was one of my choices when I first moved here in '08, but it has gone downhill apparently. Great neighborhood, however, the complex itself is apparently in shambles. Lots of rude workers at the office, miscommunication, and generally not good people living there, which is probably mostly due to the minimum income per household standard being eliminated. When I was looking, they wanted a minimum of $2,600/month for a 2bd/2ba, now they're renting them for around $750 - $850/month depending on the lease..from what I've heard. Normally, I don't listen to naysayers and online reviews, but when management is posting 7 ads+ a day on craigslist saying how great it is, compared to like 1 ad a month when I was looking, yeah I'd say that would be a desparate act of acquiring renters...of any kind.
