Anyone have any idea how long it will take to start seeing our unemployment pay again? My family has been without for 7 weeks and we lost our home and most belongings.

7 WEEKS!!

7 weeks without a job or 7 weeks since you received your last unemployment benefit check before you were cut off?

More than likely it is someone who has been without a job for over a year.

I would not go that far. There is a very high chance of us getting into a war with Iran now. It is far too dangerous to join any branch of the military right now.

So people should only join the military if there is no chance that they will have to serve in combat? I would consider those people to be welfare recipients.

the military is not for everyone maybe she has an illness, over the age of 32 or is a mother without any other help. holy crap i am also sure that losing thier home and all their belongings was no fun either and if given the opportunity they would chose work. nevadas unemployment is very high.

You are right. The military is not for everyone. If someone joins the military with the mindset that they are just there to collect a check and not serve their country, the military is not for them.
