Its ok bledsoe. I love to joke around but I am sometimes too careful about offending people

Everybody needs to lighten up. Other than when Tony and Olecapt get together, most are just having fun here.

If it wasn't fun, I wouldn't come.

Waiting for JFK or Dyn.

I think that Tony and Olecapt secretly love each other but not in a romantic way.

My first YKYIVW moment was when I emailed my girlfriend and said, "You're never gonna believe it -- they have slot machines in the grocery store! I know it's old hat to you guys but it struck me on day one. I'm not a prude about it. It was just odd! Liquor is something I was used to, though.

The other thing, around the same time, was having four people tell me how to properly pronounce Nevada. And one of them didn't do it very nicely.

I don't know what all the fuss is about In-N-Out Burger either.

I tried it Sunday. It went IN around 9pm and OUT-N-OUT-N-OUT starting around 4am til 9am.

I was late for work. Had to wait until the eruption was over.

Oh yeah...we hate when people say "Nevawda" . It is so flipping annoying! Especially newscasters from back east. All the states sound fine until they say Nevada and Colorado (Colorawdo). Why do these states have a British accent?

I accidentally said "Nevahda" at Smith's once and a customer behind me in line ripped me a new one about it. I've always said "Colorahdo" though

Its how people in FL react when the tourists say KISSimmee instead of KissIMMee (the latter is the proper pronunciation)

The "Nevada" pronunciation debacle was actually on the evening news tonight. Assemblyman Harry Mortensen is proposing a bill that states that both pronunciations are correct.
