I have lived in the 89147 area for 3 years and now just north of there in 89135 and have to say it's very nice here.

Do your best to stay away from NorthEast Las Vegas.

Thanks everyone advice. I'm from LA know a thing or two traffic nightmare here.....lol
I'm looking at the apartment call (Resort at the lake),looks very nice on the pics. Anyone here live there now or before?
89135 what is this area would be call?

Skeptical - Why on earth? Nothing in those zips is even a little different let alone a factor of two. In fact 89123 is likely a high renter area with the collateral damage that can cause.
