The M is a nice property with great service and you should be proud of that. It's not in bankruptcy or will it be going away anytime soon. But it is struggling majorly like every other resort in town.

You also may also want to read up and research how the Mobil / Forbes travel ratings have really been downgraded in the last 5 years so the major resorts in town could achieve a ***** rating.

Promoted again, congrats I must have missed the news. The only true ***** hotel in town is the 4 Seasons. Caesars is only **** resort but still holds the majority of the upper high end play in town.

Congratulations on your promotion. If the M would see how you boast about their property in this forum, they'd promote you again.

i must be nuts though... i love my job, always early, no early outs etc... love the people.. i still have to drive 35+ miles each way to go to work.. so am i crazy...

people here on the forum and that i talk to are thinking to go to Cosmopolitan.. if you are looking for a job, IMO, this is great news.. don't apply at the Cosmo, get the job where people are leaving from...

Good advice Air.....the empty spots at the older places are ALWAYS the most stable....the new flashy joint cuts hard and deep at 89 days.
