If Boyd gets it. They will run everybody off and rehire the staff for cheaper wages.

If I had the money I would buy it. Turn it into a a working class man's hotel. We'd have live concerts with old rock and country music every night and rooms would fill for $40 weekdays and $80 weekends. That is what LV needs. They need to quit building "only for the rich".

I doubt Stations could bid on it. Fertitta private firm may have a chance. It would also be a good place for Penn to get thier feet wet in the LV market.

I knew the M was going in a different direction when I saw their "Biggest Winner" campaign. Am I the only one who thinks that whole thing is just tacky? Not that that really had anything to do with the proposed sale, but it represents a much different marketing strategy. Hash House is another sign of changes.

Needless to say, the place cost 1 Billion to build, its worth 25% of that now. It will change hands, but hopefully it wont shutter down for any length of time and I pray that everyone who holds a position will be able to keep it.

The M is a great hotel/casino but it always seems to me there is a big morale problem amongst the employees.

That's a fact! Can't believe a classless outfit would be interested in a class property.

you do understand that this is not a bankruptcy, correct? the bank is selling the note..
