It looks like a new episode is on 6/25 or at least that is what my dvr tells me.

It sounds positive, but it doesn't imply anything.

Just out of curiosity, what was the Designed to Sell experience like? Which designer did you work with? If you were living in Bethesda at the time, I presume it was Taniya Nayak?
I new it!! My wife watches these shows all the time and I keep telling her they are setups.

Yes! It's back!

I caught the new episode yesterday as well, and it looks like a whole season has been picked up. Looking at the episode guide they're gonna go back and forth from nice nieghbourhood to ghetto, and so forth

Yesterday's appeared to be in a gated community somewhere in Summerlin.....But where???

First one to nail it wins a pos rep!

I do not know anything about flipping houses but I would think that if you are going to do that then you should at least LOOK at the house before buying it. This guy is listed as an "expert" house flipper but for the 2nd time he buys a house without even going to see it.

The other flippers look at the house at least, of course, then never really examine the dang thing and it ALWAYS comes back to bite them. This happens a lot in the form of a roof that needs replacing or structure damage that would have been found if they paid an inspector 200 to look at it.

Default Latest Episode

Anybody see today's episode (June 25th)?

The "hot tub house". Appears to be somewhere next to a freeway perhaps in North Las Vegas?

Anyway, my DVR cut out the end of the show . Can anyone tell me what the heck was in that safe?!?

I finally watched Flipping Vegas. I watch a lot of these shows, but the acting in this one is some of the worst I have seen. I did enjoy the B-role footage though.

I love bright colors. Had some bright red formica countertops installed not too long ago. I love formica!

Never, ever will I understand this love of granite countertops!!! Or ceramic tile floors!

Armstrong has some bright color floor tile, stick em' on type. That's right up my alley!!! That was the attraction to buying my house, they hadn't destroyed the house with ceramic tile!
