So I would cross it off as a piece of fiction.
I think you're right. The first episode of this show aired last year, and it was easy to find out the address of the property (and hence to determine that it didn't sell for months and that the sales price was not anywhere near the original asking price). I think they're fictionalizing the process to avoid sleuthing from the likes of us!

Just watched my first (and LAST) episode of "Flipping Las Vegas". I thought this was some of the most contrived reality tv I have ever seen (not quite as bad as Operation Repo, but close). Everything was a set up trying to create suspense and drama. They failed miserably.

First, the shallow closet, that he pointed out three times (yeah, we get it... somethings behind the wall).
Second, the floors being ripped up (for dramatic effect he fired the subcontractor instead of working out a resolution...
Third, the granite being dropped...
Fourth, the cat fight between his (slightly psychotic looking) wife and the smoking-hot real estate agent...
Fifth, the safe. They carried it from the first floor to the second to drop it out the window, not realizing their was a plant underneath...
Sixth, what if there had been valuable crystal (or other fragile items) in the safe???
And lastly, this guy is suppose to be an expert but bought a house site-unseen?

Folks, I have seen the bottom of the barrel... and it ain't pretty.

Perhaps Red Rock Country Club area?

Only say this because those crazy twins were shown 'working out' at the gym there.

Is there anywhere that program can be watched on the internet, like Hulu, etc.. I've seen Armando's ads all over Phoenix for his seminars, and it really seems like he is getting away from his fundamentals and telling people the government is giving away money, etc...Flipping houses takes lots of knowledge, luck, and hard work. It is also a financial business more than anything.

I'm not too sure about watching online.

I watch on A&E on Saturdays at noon.

You could try sites like justin.tv for streaming perhaps...
