Still on a bit of a hot streak - especially at Wynn. I played Monday afternoon for about an hour and a half and walked away with a $413 profit. That brings me up to $1,220 for the month of August with one day to go. That's a total of 12 sessions (8 wins & 4 losses) and 28 hours this month, which works out to $43.57 pr hour.

Not a bad little part-time job.

For example, last week, my wife and I ate at the Wynn Buffet using some of my poker comps. Also, some casinos run promotions where they will pay you for playing during certain hours. For example, if you play at least 4hours at Hard Rock between midnight and 8:00 a.m., they will pay you $40 in addition to the usual comps. Harrah's has or had a "Breakfast Club" promotion in which if you played between 8am & 11am on a weekday morning, you received a coupon for a 10% bonus when you came back the next day. So you could buy in for $300 and receive $330 in chips.
Those are some nice perks.
