Pardon my ignorance...but isn't there some sort of "bug bomb" that one can set off and leave the house for a few hours to come back and just vacuum them up? If one can do that with fleas...why not bedbugs???

You can, but most do not work that well. There are certain products that are labeled for bed bugs, same with German Roaches. I had one customer that set off 6 in his home, and did not affect them one bit.

Bombs are actually very dangerous. We do not use them. If you set them off, they can leave a film of poison on counters just everywhere. If you do not clean that stuff up, you can make someone very sick or worse.

The bombs that we can get are of course stronger then the ones you can buy. But you have to remember that it is all chemicals, and if not used properly can cause serious problems.

Here in Nevada, we actully have inspectors that go around and inspect trucks. They can stop you anytime and take samples and search your vehicles. The fines can add up pretty quickly and become very costly if you do not follow the rules. So you better make sure that you have the proper mixture on your truck. We also have to have certain things on our invoices for your protection and ours, in case something happens and someone or something gets sick.

This is the worst hijack of a thread I've ever seen! Start a bedbug thread if you must, but leave this thread for those who want to discuss Fremont Street! Thank you!

Actually if you look at the first comment it talks about Las Vegas not making the top 15 of bad Bed Bugs. We are just discussing how Vegas is becoming pretty bad.

But I am sorry, we did get out of hand. But if people search Bed Bugs, they will find some good information.
