Now that I am moving down by the strip, I am beginning to realize how much I will miss the NW, Summerlin, and Centennial Hills. It really is the best part of town.

It has the best views of the city, and the mountains, Im gonna miss those things along with...

The 6% grade on 215 between Summerlin Pkwy and Cheyenne, and going around Lone Mountain

The Ann and Decatur Smith's

Enjoying the peace and quiet away from the strip

The lower traffic volumes

The Centennial Hills Library

The views at the top of the hills in Summerlin, Lone Mountain Road, and 215

The convenience to the 95 Freeway

The newness of the NW

The view of Gass Peak at Sunset

The Target Greatland on Sky Pointe and Centennial Pkwy

Closeness to Floyd Lamb State Park

among so many others

I might be moving to the strip, but I will get back to the NW one day. I will miss it

Yes, you will be back. Good luck on your move. I hope it all goes well and you enjoy some of life down there in the muck of it all.

It makes me wish my gf and I could have found an affordable complex around CH area. The cheapest we could find was a newer complex near 215 and Hualapai, and it was still out of our price range

Seven Hills in my opinion is the pride of the valley, Northwest is nice too.

When did you get back from Orlando?

And if you like the NW, why move out?
