Not sure what the question is; is it about the hotel? That hotel looked run down to me the day it opened, but that's compared to major resorts on the Strip. It's probably as good as most hotels in most other cities, except for their four and five star hotels. Fiesta Henderson is probably a two or three. It was built as a jungle themed place, and when they renamed it Fiesta they didn't bother to change the look. Fiesta isn't very imaginative since there is already one of those in NLV which really looks Spanish.

If it's the location you're asking about, it's isolated as far as anything else near it. It's too far to walk to downtown Henderson if you have city business, but it's relatively close. It's an industrial area, close to the the intersection of two freeways, very close to the famous PEPCON disaster location. I've always wondered whose bright idea it was to put a hotel there. But if you're driving, and will be checking out things in Henderson, Boulder City, or maybe the Lake, it's probably as central a location for that as you'll find, with the exception of maybe Sunset Station.

If you're looking at other areas of Las Vegas though, it's kind of far to drive, and a bit isolated. I can't imagine it would ever be my choice if I were visiting.
