Venetian las Vegas r cutting the hours for the employee to 24 hours a week and there is a rumor saying they r doing that so they can get ready to layoff another 10% this month .

Probably five people got their hours cut due to some seasonal angle and this gets out as everyone is going to part time and layoffs are coming.

If they were planning to lay off people wouldn't they just lay them off?

Cutting hours keeps trained staff employed waiting for business to turn around.

well someone work there in room serves told that his department get 24 hours shift every one more than 300 employee .
