Welcome to the area. I'd recommend a Costco or Sams membership if you don't already have one. As a first time home owner, you'll be spending a lot of time and money there, as well as Lowes/Home Depot. Check out Trader Joes website for directions to their store for groceries and wine. Try InnNOut burger - near Ann and I95. Check out the LVRJ on-line edition and look at the View neighborhood section. There's one on Centennial and you can get a feel for what's happening around there. I just closed on a home near there as well. Hopefully we both made the right move at the right time. Good luck!

Thanks for the note about the LVRJ - will check it out. Also glad to see there's a Trader Joes about 15mins away. ... Good luck on your home/purchase as well!
