I'll preface this by saying I have not eaten at the highly regarded buffets at the Wynn or Bellagio, but tonight I made my debut at the M Resort's Studio B buffet, and I thought it was outstanding. The food selection just blew me away. The price of $22.99 was very reasonable given the quality and selection of the food, and my only question at the end of the meal was, "Why did I wait so long to try this place?

I have to agree, we went on opening day and again a couple Saturday's ago...outstanding! The only thing I don't like is that you have to line up for dessert, even though the line goes somewhat quickly, I don't like it. Used to just going up and grabbing what I want without having to wait.

The cappucino and latte's are divine.

It's the cappucino and latte's that slow up the dessert line. Usually the same person who serves the ice cream also has to do the cappuncino and latte's.

It would be nice if they had one person devoted just to making the cappuncino and latte's.

Also, I wish the soup bowls had some sort of handles on them. It's very difficult to get a bowl of soup back to your table without burning your fingers. Other than that, it is a great place!

I really liked it too. If it was a more convenient location, I would go more often.

I agree brosati.

And I noticed the lack of handles on the soup bowls as well. The bowls are HOT!!! I wound up putting my soup bowl on a flat plate and carried it back to our table that way.

Seriously, did two of you actually use up the space allotted in your stomach for soup? That's a filler and can make for a cheap date. When I was last there in August, the price was only $19.95. I too would go more often but the drive from Summerlin is a real killer.
