You're right LVD...did the recession turn into a depression? Because it sure feels like it

Let me guess, another clueless liberal who believes everything the MSM says. Yes, it is a depression and it is going to get MUCH worse, mark my words.

It's time to vote in a pro-business Congress this year. The libs have had control since 2006 & shown that they just don't understand. Get them out now (and their false idol in 2012).

This article may be a little more complete. I found the Sun article to leave out things which made it seem illogical as to how we got up to 15%. Las Vegas unemployment reaches record 15 percent - Business - ReviewJournal.com

It's not good news either way. But something tells me that after the election things will start getting better, if for no other reason than new office holders will want to hit the ground running, and incumbents won't have to worry about the election any more.

Actually as much as I hate to add to generalizations, I was talking with two guys last week who openly stated they are collecting unemployment and enjoying the free ride without a care. Where my girlfriend works she hears the same thing on a daily basis. Obviously there are many more who don't share that attitude but it is slightly disheartening. Somewhere down the line, feeling entitled to free money became the new hip way to be.

Ha Ha, so funny LOL. You use MSNBC which is a far left liberal scam network for your source of information, THEN claim you are not a liberal. That would be like me using Glenn Beck of FOX news for my link and then claiming I am not a conservative. Nice try, but you fail.

P.S. I personally cannot stand Glenn Beck but I hope you got my point.
