It's not good news either way. But something tells me that after the election things will start getting better, if for no other reason than new office holders will want to hit the ground running, and incumbents won't have to worry about the election any more.

Actually as much as I hate to add to generalizations, I was talking with two guys last week who openly stated they are collecting unemployment and enjoying the free ride without a care. Where my girlfriend works she hears the same thing on a daily basis. Obviously there are many more who don't share that attitude but it is slightly disheartening. MSNBC is the lowest toilet paper network there is, even worse than CNN or FOX. The government has cooked the books so the REAL unemployment rate is hovering around 18% nationally. In Vegas it IS around 23%. The recession ended in June of 2009???? Give me a freakin' break.
