No, but they are irrelevant to your argument. The reporter has access to the same pre and post recession statistics that you do, yet your position is that the reporter is unqualified to give her impression of Las Vegas because this was her first trip and she doesn't have any personal experience of what Las Vegas was like in the past. Yet that is completely analagous to what you do every day. You haven't been here in years yet you opine on the current state of life in Las Vegas.
