Another slang for dime is the woman is a 10.

Only 23, huh?

I'm 27 and I look like a kid compared to you. I'm just being honest.

I have no problem with women flaunting their assets but to make money doing that is a little degrading I believe. Just my opinion. Take it for what its worth.
Unlike a stripper, they have no career once their looks turn. However, if you're a party dealer, you can always become a normal dealer or a pit boss when your looks turn. It's not a bad investment becoming a dealer, especially if you live in the gaming capital of the US.

Agreed I don't buy the only 23 thing. I'd say mid 33-35ish. The muscular look makes her look aged and laying off the tanning would make her grandma hands not stand out as much. Vegas is a tough town, not as tough as L.A. or NYC but tough. Unless you get in Union real quick. The older you look, the harder it will be. Just saying.
Also I wouldn't go around posting your picture on here, you wouldn't want to end up on Nik Richies blog the dirty

My daughter has several friends who are party pit dealers. They advertise quite a bit on craigslist and if they like you they train you for two weeks then place you in one of the older casinos like the Stratosphere, Boulder Station, down on Freemont Street, etc. You won't start out at the Playboy Club, that's for sure.

Becoming a party pit dealer is pretty easy...much easier than becoming a "regular" dealer. You can either go through an agency (there is really only one in town that staffs casino party pits) or get hired by the casino. Most casinos go through the employment agency, which means that at any time, they can decide they don't like you personally, or they can choose to stop using the agency at any time. The agency or the casino will train you or send you to school, so you don't have to worry about paying for school. They will only train you to deal blackjack, and they really only care about you being able to count to 21 (barely) because they want to put you to work ASAP. When you start working, try to make the effort to actually learn proper policies and procedures of dealing by asking other dealers/pit bosses. Most party pit girls are looked down upon by regular dealers. Party pit girls basically get to waltz into a pretty decent casino and start dealing, all while knowing nothing about the business, and barely knowing how to deal, and still getting the same tips as a regular dealer who had to spend a good amount of time "paying their dues" at an off strip casino to break-in to the business.

All of that being said, it is a fun job. You get to wear cute outfits, listen to fun music, and interact with people. As far as casinos go, Playboy Club and Pussycat dolls lounge are going to be two of the hardest party pits to get into. If you go through the agency, they have several different party pits, it just depends on where they need you.

Hope that helps!

I thought perhaps this may offer me an extra edge when looking for a job. Where I come from, my degree is actually worthless. I know that the above all requirement here is going to be dealing experience though, and I'll have to get that somewhere. 4 months in dealing school - I am surprised by this. I thought some of these schools were just a matter of weeks, and then on to a break in job somewhere. I'll have to reach out to some of the schools.

I'm not an idiot by the way, and do not expect that anyone can get a job like this purely on their looks. I should remind you however, that no matter what experience level, most dealers around town are not going to "qualify" for these specialty dealing jobs.

Maybe you can get a job and the training you need at one of the "Indian Casinos" close to where you live now? Then you would at least have some experience on your resume.

Good Luck,

Still waiting for the photo. Front view only. We do not want to see flabby butt cheeks.
