Here you go:

Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) | Transit Center and Park & Ride Facilities (http://www.rtcsnv.com/transit/terminals.cfm - broken link)

I've used this several times with no issues whatsoever. It's about a five-minute bus ride from the park-and-ride area to the terminal at McCarran.

Thumbs up McCarran Airport Parking

I have left my car at best western mccarran inn. They have a free shuttle bus that drops you off and picks up from the airport. The cost was about $6 per day.

Is there any reason you cannot just park at a resort -- like, say, MGM -- and take a cab?

Husband just left his car for 6 days at Terrible's Casino at a cost of 35.00. They have a shuttle to the airport and back included. The shuttle runs every half hour. He was quite please with the service. There were at the airport to pick him up within 10 minutes of him calling.

This without a doubt the BEST alternative to parking at the airport. Park at the South Strip Transfer Station (STT) and it's FREE. In the past I have parked at MGM and it's a hassle to walk from self parking area to the shuttle. Why park at a hotel AND pay you minus well park at McCarran if you going pay.
