Default Balcony Home Addition Costs

Hey all! We are thinking about putting a patio cover/balcony on our new house. The size would be about 18x15 feet (270 sq ft) with French Doors coming off the master bedroom (currently all wall, no window). We would want the finish to be stucco like the house and maybe a fan outlet wired to the patio cover side. We would also like a spiral staircase off the balcony to access the backyard.

Has anyone had a balcony addition done? Short of calling contractors, we'd like to get a feel for the approximate costs.

Thanks in advance.

We're looking to build a patio and patio cover. We also thought of doing the balcony off the master bedroom, but we don't have a view, so probably won't bother. I haven't had a chance to get any price quotes yet. You'll want to make sure your HOA, if you have one, allows for the spiral staircase. Ours doesn't allow stairs at all.

HOA should be fine with staircase as many other homes in the division have them. We are on a golf course with a city view as well so the balcony makes sense.

you have planned to attach a patio in 18x15 feet (270 sq ft). So you should to do some planning and take advice from your regional contractor. you can find affordable contractor by search in Google.
