Yes, yes... she's in bed, but that's not what my point was It stands to reason that if someplace is safe between 10PM-3AM, it will be safe all of the time.

Not sure, but I think it will be real tough for you to convince a landlord to rent to you if you only have a $15,000/year income. Even if you have huge savings, that's not enough security for most landlords ... unless you decide to pay for your entire lease in advance.

$15000/year = $1250/month ... your steady income will pretty much only pay for the rent. A typical rule many landlords follow/require is that your monthly income be 3 times the rent.

correct.. 15k isn't going to get you approved.. Be prepared for large down, several months upfront... and thats if you have great credit

Must be nice to have money(and/or credit)! Lost my job 6 weeks ago, so my income is now 0 a year! I'm sure i'll be finding a "nice" dumpster soon!

Being denied by the company! Have to go to a "hearing", and they've NEVER lost.. So in about a few weeks, I'll be at 0 income(except for donating plasma, thats 230$ a month, not enough for rent) and homeless VERY soon!!
