Well, after spending one day recovering from jet lag (it took exactly 21 hours for us to get to McCarran from the time we left our hotel in Rome Thursday morning), I started looking around for something to do this weekend and came across the LV BBQ Championship being held outside the Orleans Arena this weekend. So...I was interested in going to this today or tomorrow and know from past experience at BBQ competitions that as odd as it would seem, there wasnt alot of food for the general public to eat being that the food was all centered around the competitors.
