"best" is a subjective term.

i've seen ka, o, and zumanity. all were enjoyable to me, but all different. my favorite of those 3 was o.

zumanity isn't appropriate for children, so shouldn't be on your list. the elvis show is reportedly still a work in progress (last i heard that was a few months ago).

given that you're taking a 4 and 2 year old, your options are probably only o and mystere (assuming you want the kids to stay engaged in the show... as a non parent, i have no idea what the attention span of a 2 and 4 year old are... and i imagine it may not make a difference which show you take them to).

not sure on your pricing question.

I have yet to see 'O', but everyone says it's the best. The best I've seen is LOVE. The Elvis version is far from the best, but it's OK after you've seen the others. Of course, you can't take the kids to Zoomanity, but it's fun for adults. I'm pretty sure that kids would like Mystère too, but honestly, I wouldn't take a two year old to any show. They're too young to appreciate it, and I'm sure the other guests would appreciate not having a bored two year old disrupting their evening. They might not sell tickets for kids that young anyway. Do yourself, and everyone else a favor and get a sitter.
Note that Blueman Group is a good alternative to the Cirque shows too.

I second the vote for Blueman Group with kids. I did see the Elvis cirque show and thought it was second rate.

I recently saw mystere and it would be perfectly fine for kids, and adults (like me) would also enjoy it. When we went there were no kids, but it was a late show.

Mystere was OK, but LOVE was truly entertaining, fun, and of course, had great music!

Mystere with little kids. Other shows too mature. And mystere is cheap in comparison. Kids like Mystere.
