When I'm in LV I love watching the adverts you have for lawyers. They're not
allowed to advertise on TV in England. They seem so keen to help you, and
seem so kind....... I was given a bill from a lawyer after my divorce from my first
wife. After the shock I said, 'What do you call a plane crash with 200 lawyers on
board?' 'What?' he asked. 'A start' I said.

Ok i have to give them credit their name is cute and a little ingenious....

it stands for Peters AND Associate.... panda ha ha ha ha ha

they seem to specialize in debt reduction, loan modifications, short sale and forclosures i would guess to help you keep your house???/ Not really sure....

you can google it and their website comes up :-) i am not sure if they are the .com or the .net there is two and both are using their logo... the .com looks nicer... with more info...

i was not able to find any user reviews.... :-(

I was hoping to hear from someone who has used them to renegotiate a mortgage. I understand that some local lawyers are trying to get Congress to step in and make the banks negotiate in good faith. Right now they just lie about everything, knowing that it doesn't matter if they short sale your house, for instance. The government ...meaning WE taxpayers ...will make up for their loss, so it seems to be just sport to take down your family at the same time. I didn't realize before that bankers are worse than lawyers. I'd rather be in a room with 40 used car salesmen than one banker or two lawyers.

Wasn't it your countryman, Billy Shakespeare, that said something about all the lawyers should be drowned in the Thames or something?

I worked for lawyers at Ch-3, and heard such famous quotes as, "We can't win on the facts, but we can win on the law;" and, after about a three sentence wedding between two lawyers, they said, "they just wanted the least amount of legally binding words that were necessary."
