You're going to the wrong place looking for hot chicks is your problem.

Maybe you should be looking here

CHEETAHS LAS VEGAS

Honestly though if a woman was that good looking she'd be doing more with herself then serving fat guys with sausage fingers and carpet backs like john madded drinks. She'd be giving them lap dances in the VIP room.

Also Larry's Villa is where all the hottest women in vegas are and everyone know that.

There is a reason it's so dark in strip clubs. Larry's Gorilla's, what?

Don't be so quick to assume that because one attractive, that beauty is all they rely on.

That's what they all say, that's what they all say....

It's one of things everyone knows but don't always follow. I know you already knew that, I'm just here to remind you. As a father myself I hate to see girls get caught up in the hustle and many do.

I know I went in there years ago looking for a job- not a dancer btw. I was disgusted. After you posted Larry's I looked to see if it was still open & found a few positive reviews.

My husband and I vacationed in Vegas for 10 years before we moved here 4 years ago. I must say the "look" of the cocktail waitress has changed over the years. Maybe the casinos are hiring based on experience verses looks? I am only guessing, but boy times have changed!!

I'm with the person who posted about getting a job below. Getting a job was easy so why does everyone complain? My husband just got hired for a maintenance job that pays about $48k per year... So what's the deal? I don't even have that much experience and it's been a few years since I've held a job (by choice).

And just a gripe or vent...what's with all these lousy looking cocktail servers? My first interview was a group interview and out of the 50+ women that were there only a select few (and yes, I put myself in this category) were actually attractive. Most looked worn down, tired, slutty (seriously, who goes to a job interview wearing club attire) and rough. Like party girls who never moisturize. There was another thread on here from a woman saying she wanted a cocktail/casino position and was considered beautiful. Some random guy made a statement similar to, "a Nebraska 10 is the equivelant of a Las Vegas 4"...if this is true OMG wow, that must make me a Las Vegas 25!. To this day I still haven't seen a gorgeous cocktail server, most are middle aged or young and rough looking. Or butter-faces with too many tattoos and the beginnings of beer guts. I have seen some cuties but definitely none that have made me go WOW! So what's the deal? Where are all these "Las Vegas 10's"?

I'm just saying. After reading dude's rating system, I admit, I was a bit nervous...Even though I might be considered a 10 in other places, in LV I was thinking I wouldn't be able to compete with all these mega beauties...but WOW!

That's it, rant over.

I'm excited to start working though!!

So which high end property, if you say Cosmopolitan, that would make sense... most are quitting... Not alot of money there in tips... way to many cocktails..... You'd be better off at Redrock or M actually...

I must admit the first time I visited Las Vegas I expected the cocktail waitresses
would look something like Raquel Welch 1970!!! Instead most of them are quite
mumsy. Then again, maybe it's the downtown places I frequent.........

Maybe casinos live by the motto, "Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder"?

Your attitude sucks. Try having a little humility.
