Oh, I gamble...we have deals at Harrah's properties and many more. We don't usually pay for a room out there. I am asking for a friend and I don't think my good fortune with rooms will transfer to her.

Thanks Jonathan....In the past I have had to show my ID when checking into a free room, or my player's card. I guess it wouldn't hurt to call and see if I can get them a deal. "First time" gamblers and all.
Several years ago hubby and I, with a group of friends, walked into a certain property to check it out for the first time. Hubby, not being shy ,struck up a conversation with a casino host. He told her we had never been there and asked for the best place to eat, etc. She ended up comping the whole party to a meal in their coffee shop. They still talk about that.
Hubby's motto: "It never hurts to ask."
