I have to say my bull$heet meter goes of pretty loudly whenever I watch that show, both in the numbers they show in the transactions, and the added drama that never seems to make sense.

Watched it last night. He bought a house were someone left several LARGE exotic reptiles (a Monitor Lizard, a big Burmese Python, and a HUGE Albino Boa.) These had to be worth thousands of dollars. I just don't think someone would just abandon them in a house. There just seems like there's always some strange situation revolving around the houses they do that don't really seem to fit reality.

It can be fun to watch though.

Show is as fake as it comes. Only real thing I notice is the Porsche and Audi cars they are driving.

no doubt about it. those houses are "staged" with some kind of off the wall contents.

It takes more than a week to remodel any house from top/bottom , wall to wall, as is the case in this show.

the remodeling costs are a joke. It wouldn't surprise me a bit if the network that produces the show is paying the bulk of the costs.

The open houses are probably staged too.
