As I stated about the Paradise area, it is very bad, poor and run down. I love Las Vegas but this is one area I truly CANNOT stand. Even driving through there is a major pain in the ass

Basically from Las Vegas Blvd to the west all the way to Sandhill Rd on the east, Russell to the south and Sahara Ave to the north, that whole area is a giant crime scene/traffic jam, but than again, most areas east of I-15 are

I am still going to take pics of that area to show future residents the true grittyness that some areas of this city have. Palos Verdes Street, Sierra Vista Drive, Twain, Cambridge, areas off Desert Inn and Maryland Pkwy (anywhere off Maryland between Russell and Sahara)
Isnt that the 99 across from Lowes, and the giant shopping plaza?

Jonathan

Love this thread!

I want to move in a year or so, just not sure where. Vegas is in my list of possiblities. I love seeing "normal" stuff like average streets and Targets. Kind of reminds me of taking pics of my town for a friend in England just to show her what it's like. Might be boring to some but it's great IMO!

DavieJ, you might want to consider blurring the faces of people in your pictures. That guy that looked like he wanted to kill you might not appreciate it if he learned you put his mug on CD.

If I found a picture of me posted here by someone I would ask that it be removed. If it wasn't I'd be hiring a lawyer...
