John Paulson Now Bullish on Housing - Developments - WSJ
"Mr. Paulson, who made a killing betting the mortgage market would fall off a cliff a few years ago, is now optimistic about recovery. In a conference call with about 100 investors Wednesday, Mr. Paulson said that house prices have stabilized and could climb 8%-10% nationwide in 2011 "
