Here's a Wallstreet Journal report from April 2010

John Paulson Now Bullish on Housing - Developments - WSJ

"Mr. Paulson, who made a killing betting the mortgage market would fall off a cliff a few years ago, is now optimistic about recovery. In a conference call with about 100 investors Wednesday, Mr. Paulson said that house prices have stabilized and could climb 8%-10% nationwide in 2011"

It's not a lie if you believe it's true

[mod cut--response to deleted post]

Heard from one of the shop owners that LLV locked up some kind of future NFL meeting contract. Not sure what thats about but could be pretty cool if true.
Been hangin at the village a bit lately and have been trying the different restaurants. Just had my 28th anniversary this past weekend and ate at Bernards Bistro. Fabulous food and dining experience. We really loved it. And the jazz was incredible. My new fav food joint in the village. Well, it's a tie with Auld Dubliner. I just can't say no to the fish and chips or the bangers and champs!!!

Default Not a RE Ad - Well it is but the best one ever in Lake Las Vegas

Mods this one has redeeming social virtue. And I would never post a competitive ad except this one rises to heights never seen before - or something like that.

Anyway the best LLV ad ever...
