No license in Clark County. Dog or cat is supposed to have a rabies tag or a owner contact medallion. All pets are supposed to have a chip and a rabies shot.

The laws in Clark County are kind of strange. You are required to keep unsterilized dogs and cats under restraint. But nothing about sterilized animals.

There is a general clause that says animals shall not be allowed to be "at large"...whatever that means.

There is no leash law.

All the above is Clark County specific. The city laws are quite different.

Our cul-de-sac has three or four cats that roam around including one of mine though he does not go off my property.

I will talk to the one called Al Capone and see if he is willing to pay Buzz a visit. Mean cat. Faces down dogs regularly.

Once the neighbor's cat tool care of my mouse problem we haven't seen him around. Send Al over. My dogs don't even know what a cat looks like.
