Actually I do all the curmudgeons . They all tend to think I am great. I would be just right for you. The Admiral does not deal well with mean old farts.

"Curmudgeon" is a very big word--- strange that you got that right, and can't get the address of your own listing right.

Ahh out of curiousity why on earth would you fixate on a typo on a long sold listing?

You ever think it might even be a marketing ploy? Get them to call to figure out where it really is?

Did you note that the web site behind it no longer exists? Well it does...but it is no longer on a public server. That one actually got left up because I happen to like the way the backyard looks. For a very urban place that is a very nice backyard.

By the way you know the seller.

Well, golly, real estate professional. Something such as a wrong address in a real estate transaction is very minor indeed. Do you remember when you got your two weeks training at that strip mall to become a licensed agent? The main topic was by far, horror stories of idiots like YOU!
