Hello!!! . I move on Sept. to this 3bd app. my husband put laminate floor on the place. When my husband stard putting the floor the nighbord abov us star stamping really hard, like he is trying to break in from the cealing. We din't say anything. It has pass two months and this guy hasn't stop. He complains at any time or day. He insult me and my kids. I went to the HOA and my sorprise was, he is the brother of the pressident of the HOA. At the meating his brother attack us, saying that, we are the ones making a lot of noise, he din't let us talk until my husband put a stop to him. Is that the way of a HOA president to act. I'm just a housewife, but I think he should listen to both sides of the story, and no take sides. I talk to my neighbords, I asked them if my family is disturbing them. All of them told me they don't head us. But one of them told me, she had a problem before with the same guy. But becouse he is the brother of the HOA president, he get away with averything. Maby I should move, but I don't think a should let them get away with it. If any have any sugestinons. Thank You. PattY!!!

I believe you need to document everything you hear and maybe get Law Enforcement involved with a few reports to back up your claims of being unable to live a normal life due to this individual interrupting your ability to live a peaceful life. Anytime he creates a disturbance you need to call a cop to make sure you have a paper trail that you can give to the associations board and or a way out of your lease to avoid fees etc.Good Luck... There are laws on the books to allow you to live a peaceful life without intrusion from others.
