We went grocery shopping for Thanksgiving last night and the cashier gave us a couple free tickets for the auto show. When I told her we had just been talking about going (after seeing the ad in the paper), she offered us as many tickets as we wanted. Regular admission is $9 and the coupon in the paper and online is only worth $1 off.

I usually go to every car show I can get to. I really wanted to go to this one in particular. A couple of new redesigned models that I want to check out.

LivingSocial has 1/2 off for admission (this year, 2012). Newspaper probably has a coupon for a few dollars off. I dunno if there are any free tickets available.

We went last year and was disappointed. There was no Nissan and Cheverolet there and the big thing its basically a PR place for local car dealers. Its their cars that are being shown. So no future cars or anything like that. It is a good deal since its free(which is how we got it), but I would never pay anything for it. You can go to any car dealer for free.
