Default Where to go for "upscale" kids clothes?

My daughter is turning 5 this week, so I want to take her on a girly fun day. She already loves shoes, and dresses, and getting her hair done, so that's what we're going to do.

Shoes and hair I got, but where can I take her to get a nice dress? Not super expensive...but not Oshkosh either.

My 8 year old daughter loves Old Navy, Justice and Gymboree.

Don't know if these are considered "upscale" or not. Probably much better than Wal-Mart.

Target is also stepping their quality up as far as clothing. They are starting to sell a lot more name brands like Converse, Levis, Sketchers, Missoni, Hello Kitty, Circo and Cherokee.

Surely you've heard of Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, and Neiman Marcus. One of those must fit your definition of "upscale".

Fashion Show Mall. And like the name implies, they even have fashion shows on a regular basis throughout the day in the middle of the mall near Nordstroms. You will both like that.

Talked to my wife and she says Justice For Girls is a cool place but not sure about nice dresses. She says Target has some really nice clothes. It ain't fancy but has some nice dresses. There is always the Fashion Show Mall. Bound to find something there.

Bloomies is just a home store in the Fashion Show. We don't have the full store here. Nordies, Macy's, Dillard's, and Needless Markup are good. Plus all the individual shops for wimmin's clothes.

Caesars Forum Shops, or the Miracle Mile in PH, might not have a lot for 5 year olds, but it would be fun for her anyway.

I'd take her to the Conservatory at Bellagio too. The Christmas display is up. Then take the tram to Aria. Not sure about kids clothes at those places though.
