I like Fresh and Easy too. I like that they don't use preservatives in a lot of their stuff and their bread doesn't have corn syrup in it. Hope this helps! =)

I'm sure you'll love it. Seriously great selection at (pretty much) Costco prices. We shop there often and glad to see them opening up in Henderson.

Thanks scoop! That was exactly the sort of info I was looking for. It looks like you shop and appreciate the same things I do.

I think they said 2 locations with one in Henderson. Come Spring, whatever that means schedule wise. If there is one in Henderson I don't think you'll have a reason to go elsewhere, food wise, except for some high(er) end stuff. And I see Michael's Specialty Food for that...

Is Smith's the equivalent? I could go there of course, but thought I would ask the board.
there's...

albertsons
vons
smiths

trader joes
fresh and easy
whole foods

publix falls between vons and smiths.
and we equate the traders/fresh/whole in a different catagory.

but like most grocers, it's based on the one you're in.

for example, we used to go to one von's at lake mead/buffalo, and it was a great store, bakery was killer. now we live closer to the one in summerlin and it's really weird. the layout is just whack and we dont like their bakery. we hate going there for a whole load of groceries. most times, we'll go for just one or two items.
