We were on the Strip the past two weekends and it is crowded. We kind of expected less people after the cowboys left town, but now the Asians have taken their place as I don't think they celebrate Christmas.

They're Chinese and they're here to purchase the land under your feet. They could care less about the Fremont Street Experience, Madame Tussauds and the Atomic Testing Museum.

Yep - the Chinese are making significant purchases in my building. I like it. Anybody willing to spend their money in Las Vegas is welcome in my book.

OK, if you want to be specific that was the last weekend of the rodeo and the days after that until a few days after Christmas are the the slowest of the year.
There might be some people walking and driving up and down on the strip but that does not mean the hotels are full and spending $$.
