Wink OK, It's Official MY FIRST YEAR!!!

That's right folks, I took possession of My house ONE YEAR AGO
(December 29th 2010) And my thoughts after a year*

With only minor differences, my opinion of Vegas has NOT changed
The people are friendly, the prices are reasonable, the nay sayers are wrong about how much Vegas has gone into the toilet.

Work is actually NOT that hard to find (from talking to people here, I still am "employed" in NY) there is bad, and there is good.. Just like ANY OTHER CITY in America.

I LOVE *LOVE* the fact that I can drive 30 minutes and be in a different world, 30 Mins I am in the strip, The action, the gambling.

30 Minutes I am in the mountains, calm, majestic

What other city can offer you everything like Las Vegas can?

Jonathan

*I don't LIVE here full time yet, I bounce back and forth between NY and Las Vegas

Grats on the one year mark. I'll have to post after my 1 year mark with the Ipad :P

I'm still learning things about it. It's freaking awesome for online poker :P

Glad you like it, but keep it under your hat. We don't want another 20 year invasion.

I don't agree with you about the employment situation but other than that, we are on the same page.

Happy New Year!

Congrats Jon, I've owned my Vegas house for about 14 months, but am sure you've spent more time in yours than I have. We won't be moving until I can get some more things worked out. Fortunately my wife comes from a large family, so the house is not going unused. Amazing how many relatives decided to vacation in Las Vegas after we purchased the place. Hope to see you out there someday.

Good Luck,
Croce
