Never happened turkey. You are suffering from a very defective memory. That fits your other behaviors today. It is hard to get old...particularly when the mind goes.

I have never been a member of Mensa. I have never claimed to be. And I have never discussed it with you at any time.

Just your poor failing mind Greg. It is going. What else are you getting wrong. Soon you won't remember which house.

Well, maybe he was confused and meant anything on Las Vegas Boulevard...since where I live is called the South Strip, he could have meant that...

Dear lord,

I asked simple question and it turned out to be an argument between sheriff and the other guy.

Please somebody tell, me what kind of premium this hotels that renting furnished studios on the strip they charge?

How much is premium is that some kind of deposit? How long can I stay in their studios and how much do they cost? Someone mentioned Venetian and the other fancy hotel on the strip. I do not want to pay fortune !

thank you all !

if you're staying in a STRIP HOTEL....be prepared to pay a fortune. The are [I believe] a number of weekly/monthly rental properties on the south strip.....there is bus service to the main part of the strip. Sorry, I can't tell you the names of the properties....haven't driven out there in a long time....

vdara is about $3k/month (5 star hotel)

meridian is a block off the strip, and ranges from $1k-$1.5k/m (condos with lots of transient people)

the onyx is also about a block off the strip, near hooters and tropicana hotel with prices similar to meridian, though it seems like its a lot nicer (possibly 6mo minimum lease, or 1yr, i'm not sure)

veer towers, sky, allure, panorama, etc all are 1yr minimum

also, just because something is on or near S Las Vegas Blvd, it doesn't mean it's near the strip. For example Manhattan condos, while beautiful and everything, you can't easily walk to the strip

also, to the OP, if you don't have a job confirmed then you may want to re-think the whole thing, since you may actually spend the entire 6 months of your stay looking for a job
