Hello everyone,

I would like to come and try to live and work in lv for about six months.
I hate to waste my time in traffic jam,is it possible to live in vegas without a car. Do they have some places like in other cities like flexcar?I would love to find a place to live on the strip. Browsing through these discussions I found out that southern part of the strip has some places like this. I wonder what price range are they renting for. Also, safety is a big concern of mine. How safe are these places on the strip?

thank you all !

I hope you are talking about south of Warm Springs, I live in that area and it is plenty safe...however it will be hard without a car to get around...The rentals start at 597 for a one-bedroom at Villanova to anything!

Why don't you answer the man's question?

There is a budget suite of awful reputation and little else on or near the strip. There is a development on Korval that used to be good but is in its last phase before being torn down. That is about it.

Maybe you should have another drink while you do the paperwork for one of your listings with the WRONG address. No big deal, the escrow company will do the work you get 6% for.

There are several safe furnished studios on the LV "strip". You can start at the Sahara Hotel and work south to the end of the "strip" at Mandalay Bay. I would recomend either the Venetian, Wynn, or the Bellagio. Or, as the real estate professional olecapt says---you could try KORVAL, but it doesn't exist, just as his listing at 6216 Sidonia does not exist.
