I am in a bi-racial marriage myself. Black and white. Being that I am a white male who prefers black women so I welcome you to take all the white women as that leaves more black ladies for me :P

I also honestly think that if a woman does not want to date a black man, or hispanic or whatever that does not automatically make her racist. Some women don't date short guys some don't date fat guys and so on.

I don't date white women, does this make me racist? Well according to some it makes me a traitor and I have white guilt, etc etc.

I can tell you for sure though, many women tell me all the time they wish they can find a well educated black man that has his stuff together. I mean I am told this all the time. So yeah, invest in a good stick.

You are right. Race is a factor for some but I am too busy with life to notice if they are bothered with my mixed kids or not. I hate that my wife notices more than I do. She always sees someone starring at us. By the time I try to notice, its too late. No one is looking anymore. The ONLY thing/comment that I get out in the open are how beautiful my kids are. Whether I am at the mall, museum, grocery store, parking lot, car wash...etc. Someone has to always stop and comment on my daughters looks. Half the time is directed towards us other times its people in the distance talking to each other(not so quietly) about us.

I doubt people are being malicious with their comments but if they are, they do a damn good job in covering it up. As long as there isn't any blatant disrespect then I'm good to go.

I honestly think racism has migrated more online. Most people will easily type something that they would not say in front of people. Anonymity brings out the worst in people sometimes.

Unfortunately it is in some areas. Particularly the south, and all rural areas. I'm a black female, but my daughter is bi-racial, and we get strange looks when we are in public. It's as if ppl are trying to figure out if she is really my daughter.I was in Walmart when she was 3yrs old, and the cashier (black female) asked me was she my biological daughter. In school she has issues, mainly with black girls. She speaks very well, so she is always being called white girl by the black kids. The Latinos wonder is she Latina because of her dark hair and ethnic features, but they don't give her any problems. Even the black girls moms don't like her. It is still big here. When we come west to visit, it's as if she fits right in. Sad because she is highly amicable, and loves to laugh. I hate to see her go through that.

My other ex is latina (nicaraguan) & I got dirty looks from latino men when we'd go out

There are a LOT of inter racial couples in vegas, 9 of 10 the male is black. Im 22 & since you said youre attending college here I assume youre around my age (18-25) dude, girls our age regardless of race love black men, trust me youll do great with women here. Seriously

I have found somewhat of the same; BM/WF is not the same as BF/WM. Black Women with White, Hispanic or Asian men are still somewhat of an anomally comparatively speaking. BM/WF have the benefit of being common in the public eye for 20 years and WM/AF go back a long ways. If I'm at a mainstream Restaurant or Casino not too many people bat an eye if I have a black date. The only time Ive gotten the evil eye was in a club that was mainly BM/WF and we were the only WM/BF couple there.

Back around 2000 when there was a lot of talk about entering the next century, I read an article where a scientist said there was going to be a "split in our species". Basically said Smart, good looking people would continue to reproduce and in x number of generations we would be on average 6'6", tan and much more intelligent than we are now. He also said the shallow end of the gene pool would continue to breed and become a troll like species...I think if you put a Macys and a Walmart in the same parking lot you could see this in effect to small degree already

(the biggest problem with this theory is smart people keep breeding with dumb people who look like pam anderson and brad pitt)

That's one hell of a theory.

I would like to see a time lapse of that. Types of vehicles, clothing, body types, family size, etc.

Maybe a Target instead of a Macys to make it more comparable.
