Don't know this for sure, but the ones in the hotels don't seem to be company owned and are lower quality IMO. Although I've had good burgers at the one in Texas Station. Try the one on Rancho near Craig, or the one near Flamingo and 215. Also, their milkshakes are MILK shakes ...not frozen, artificially flavored, simulated dairy products.

Can't remember the name, but there is build your own hamburger joint on Lake Mead at Tenaya in the Katy's-Wild Oats-Whole Foods center, next to the Firehouse sammy joint, and custard's last stand, or something. Anybody tried those?
