We can pass the inspection, but all that has to be done is the dirt removed so that you can see 3 inches.

Since the last 5 years or so they are not required unless you are getting a VA loan or unless it is a conventional loan and the under writer requires it.

Thanks, I didn't know for sure, because we were buying many years ago, but I do remember the realtor, as I said, wondering why I wanted one? As it turned out we never moved there, both of the job deals feel through: damn!!!!
