I was flabbergasted when I read the post title. There are attractive and unattractive people in every city, and people will disagree on which category some people fall into. The whole thing seemed very superficial. I suppose some people are willing to overlook a lot of other negatives as long as the other person is hot. I have a feeling she will get just what she is looking for, but she may not like the outcome.

Probably the same as the city that you live in now. The only difference is that the strip may have a higher ratio of attractive people than any other place only because even the not so attractive people clean up nicely.
But its still based on your own personal opinion.
There have been times when I have been on the strip and it seemed like there were nothing but 9s and above all around me. Then there have been times where it seemed like there was an ugly convention in town.
