Eyewitness accounts don't actually jive each other either! Some say gun others don't...those that say no gun were across the street so....

I would like more information on the story. Like Cyborgt800 said, the witnesses were across the street and it was dark. Now, we have to decide whether we want to believe that the officers were laughing and high fiving after the shooting.

too often eye witnesses don't see the whole picture. The minute 2 disagree is when I would be inclined to question if either knows what happened. Too often people are to quick to judge without having the facts. For those who want to believe the so called eye witnesses keep an open mind until you know what really happened.

btw; anyone who reads this forum or the Local vegas papers, is, That we all KNOW Metro is a bunch of trigger / taser happy cowboys, who will shoot you if you hold up a straw at them.

if you are pulled over by metro, Keep your hands in plain site, roll down your window, and in a calm even voice talk to them, with politeness and respect, you may be lucky and leave with your life.

Again!!!! Wow. A word to the wise. Think carefully before you dial 911. This sounds like it might have been a domestic dispute that went terribly wrong once the police arrived. It's not like the reality shows with LVPD. They don't spend hours negotiating. Any justification, no matter how small and the body count increases.
