I am coming down soon to work for the wynn. However, I need a place as close as i can to compensate for the amount of traffic i'll be driving through.

Here is what I'm lookin for:

- 800-1000 for rent
- 1bdr and bathroom is fine
- Unfurnished
- Good Security
- Good Area
- Granite top/Stainless steel kitchen (the wife)

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Apartments.com - Search Results

Check out some of these listings. I only searched in the area near the strip and the eastside, which is close to the strip. The search did come back with some locations in The Lakes and other nearby area's though.
Newbies always want to live close to the strip, but you soon find out living near it isn't paradise or even close to it, then you do what the rest of the residents here do: Live out farther and commute into town.
Good luck if you do move close to the strip.

Should I go more towards the N, E, W, or South of the strip?

East and South...try 89120, 89123, 89014. Zip 89121 would also work and be convenient but be very selective...it can be a little tough.

A good zip to go towards would be 89117. If you get an apt on Desert Inn, you can take Desert inn all the way to the strip.
