Gollee--- the first article was in rebuttal of the study, the second article was neutral---- are you a real estate professional??? If you've got problems with Morgan Quinto's methodology---complain to them. But can a STATE be dumb--of course not, only the residents.

You were trying (in vain as it seems) to leave a specific impression of each state (that first started out as a personal "slam") and neither article you tried to use as substantiation of your "claim" backed you up -

The same geographic area which only a few hundred years ago belonged to Mexico? I would argue that it's being destroyed by corrupt local government and greedy corporations, who are turning huge areas of desert into master planned cities and using more water than is environmentally sustainable.
