Instead of throwing out the ol' "what's a good extended stay place to consider" I wanted to find out any specific info on this place.

It's on Boulder Highway (5666 Boulder) not too far from Sam's Town.
I've read mixed reviews on other sites but a lot of the bad reviews seemed to focus on "there were no pots or pans" and "there was only a place for 2 people to sit at the kitchen table" Personally I'm not expecting the greatest of accomodations at an extended stay for $950 a month while I look for a place to move.
That said, I don't know the area that well. Pulled it up on the LVMPD crime map and there wasn't a lot of incidents on record in the area. Also, seems like there are quite a few shopping & entertainment options nearby.

Have any of you stayed here or known anyone who has?

It's more expensive than Siegel Suites and it's much nicer overall but still quite small. Does have decent closet space though. The biggest advantage this time of year is that you can set the AC to 65 if you want to!!!!!

All bills paid with no lease or credit check is always going to attract some questionable people. The least questionable in this group will opt for the more expensive place.

If you are just going to use it for a month or so till you find a job and a place to live, it's a good plan. If you have a lot of valuable stuff, I would leave it in storage and put the bare minimum in the apartment.

Make sure your car is properly licensed and registered. The police cruise these places a lot! It's no big deal to have out of state plates for a month or so, just make sure nothing is expired. I know someone who was towed and it was more than $200 to get the car out!

Thank you yellowsnow, that makes a lot of sense. I won't probably change the plates on the car until we get into a more permanent housing situation, but definitley keep the tabs up to date. Definitley only looking for a month or so, and already have the storage in the budget.

I've driven by quite a few times and it looks ok but quite a few "needy people" seems to always be standing around the front parking lot doing ???....Maybe yellowstone knows. Sams Town has a really reasonable buffet and Boulder Station buffets are even cheaper than cooking at home.

Well...without knowing your specific reasoning for needing extended stay, what your budget is, and what your requirements are I would initially say avoid all non-casino accommodation on Boulder Hwy. If you are not familiar with Las Vegas, Boulder Highway is the main "stroll" for prostitutes and they mostly work out of and get their drugs from dealers in all of those places. Cash only, weekly and monthly deals, and no credit checks attracts the less savory parts of our society. I would avoid and try to find one in a different part of town, but none of them will be that great.
