Hello,

I was wondering if any current or past residents of Holiday Royale can post an updated opinion on living there. ie: How is the neighborhood now? Insect issues? Staff? Other Residents?

Most of the other threads I've read on it are kinda old and I'm interested in the property as it stands currently.

Thanks
Tommy

Yes, I've seen the movie, but that doesn't help me with my question...

I still agree with what I said in that other thread that was linked. Nice place to live, I don't worry about neighbors because I keep to myself, but the few I have met are fine. They do background check. Staff is friendly good people. Insects haven't been a problem inside my apartment ever, and they spray regularly. My only gripe is that my place is small.
