Moving to Henderson, and would like to know what areas are prone to flooding in the city of Henderson, looking to find out the areas to stay clean of. I have been looking in the zip code areas of 89074, 89012, 89052, 89044, 89014 and 89015.

It will be helpful for that information before making my move, there are other things that I like about Henderson, there are weather positive and negative in the usa period, but would like to avoid as much as possible.

Thank you,
mstay1929

Very few residential areas are in true flood zones. The county has spent many millions preventing the one "flood" a year, if that many, from causing havoc. Add in the fact that no houses in Vegas have basements and its just not something you should worry about.
