a fresh basil (not blended, rough chopped), olive oil and reggiano cheese pizza with feta cheese, sea salt and cracked black pepper and apricot dollops on top? Oh, and added shaved parm and sliced Hungarian peppers.
(Preferably cooked until the apricot carmelizes)

Any ideas???

It's probably at my house.

Seriously, I haven't seen pizza like that around anywhere.

Yeah, good luck with that. Short of bringing peppers and apricot puree to a pizzeria, I don't see how you're going to get that pie without making it yourself.

these would be fresh apricots? The dried just would not do. And what is the crust like, did you already say. I have been fasting/juicing for a week now and that pizza sounds divine.
Is this your own creation?

Sounds like something super easy to make, in my opinion. I actually might try it out this week, it sounds good.

They have everything but the apricot at Grimaldi's.

We had fresh cheese, fresh garlic, chopped, fresh tomato, and fresh basil. I hate apricots. Ugly, furry little fruit.
